Job description

Highly-respected PHYSICIAN-owned practice in Northwest NYC suburbs looking for an early or mid-career ophthalmologist to fill an open position due to retirement of a partner. There is no corporate or private equity involvement. Guaranteed 350k annual starting guaranteed salary and a clear path to partnership in 1-2 years. Starting surgical volume 350+ cataract cases per year.

Current services include general ophthalmic and optometric care, refractive cataract surgery, surgical and medical glaucoma, and oculoplastic surgery. The practice can welcome a new colleague with subspecialty training in any area, but currently have the most need for an anterior segment surgeon.

Three locations in Orange County within 20 minutes of each other, all approximately 1 hour northwest of NYC in the breathtaking natural beauty of the Hudson Valley - an area filled with outdoor recreation, lower cost of living, top ranked schools, and a safe and beautiful family environment.

Applicants must be eligible for licensure in NY state and board-certified / board-eligible.
