About the Role

We're hiring a Loader Operator to safely and efficiently operate a frontend loader while supporting daily aggregate operations. This role plays a key part in loading customer trucks, maintaining equipment, and keeping the site running smoothly.


What You'll Do
  • Safely load customer trucks and trailers using a wheel loader, ensuring proper weight distribution
  • Operate a CAT 980M Wheel Loader and other site equipment as needed
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and inspections
  • Complete accurate inspection and maintenance reports
  • Assist with general plant upkeep and minor repairs
  • Operate additional equipment such as skid steers, fuel trucks, water trucks, and haul trucks when required
  • Follow all safety protocols and MSHA regulations
  • Maintain regular inperson attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Ability to safely climb and descend ladders and navigate plant environments
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours as operational needs require
