LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY-Nourish Pet Care in Houston, TX has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader (Key Holder) with our Cat's only Hotel located at 7951 Katy Fwy. Houston, TX 77024. Our ideal candidate is punctual, detailed orientated and organized.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader will assist pet parents and team members. The primary responsibility is to service and maintain the leadership duties while coordinating Front Desk / Reception. The team leader's primary responsibility is reception, reservations, vaccines and photos. This position interact's with pet parents on the phone, email and in person. The team leader should expect to be at the front desk and in the boarding area. This position train's new Associates.

This is a hands-on position that interacts with all duties in the reception and boarding environments. Must be comfortable handling cats safely during all interactions to avoid injuries like a cat scratch or bite. Safety is a top priority for all associates.

  • This position is a Key Holder that will open and close the business. Excellent attendance is expected for this position. A Team Leader will be trained on all tasks during the first two weeks. This position will give direction to staff members. The Team Leader will have primary responsibilities to Front Desk / Reception duties. Secondary duties to include preparing food, medicine and other boarding responsibilities.
  • A typical shift for this position is 7:30am - 5:15pm. The Team Leader works 3 - 5 days per week with hours ranging from 32 - 40 hours each week. The average is 4 days.

Comfortable working with computers

Must love cats. The sassy ones too!

An outgoing personality is a major plus!

Candidate will work within a detail-oriented company

Must be available to work Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
