Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital, one of South Bay's most established and trusted veterinary hospitals, is seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to join our highly collaborative, multi-doctor team in beautiful Torrance, CA.

Leadership & Mentorship:

As Managing Veterinarian, you'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, and growth of our team. You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, support and mentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between the medical team and hospital leadership. Our environment is deeply collaborative - we're looking for a leader who leads by example and is genuinely invested in the success of those around them.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, well-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong surgical and dental skills preferred
  • Proven leadership ability - experience managing or mentoring a veterinary team is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary $180,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)
