Lot Technician / Lot Attendant

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC โ€“ Castle Rock, CO

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC is growing and looking for a motivated Lot Technician / Lot Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy working around vehicles, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to talk to you.

This position plays a critical role in keeping our inventory organized, presentation-ready, and moving efficiently between departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organization and appearance of new and pre-owned inventory
  • Move, stage, and park vehicles throughout dealership lots
  • Wash and fuel vehicles as needed
  • Install dealer plates, stock tags, and window stickers
  • Assist with merchandising and vehicle display setup
  • Support Sales and Service departments with vehicle movement
  • Transport vehicles between dealership locations when needed
  • Keep lots clean, safe, and customer-ready
  • Assist with trade-ins and vehicle check-in processes
  • Snow removal and lot maintenance assistance during winter months
Requirements:
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
  • Team-first attitude and reliability are a must
