Castle Rock Cat Hospital is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and driven Hospital Manager to join our feline-focused veterinary team in beautiful Castle Rock.

As a cat-exclusive practice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional medical care in a calm, low-stress environment designed specifically for feline patients and the people who love them. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

About the Role

The Hospital Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital while working closely with the veterinary team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional patient care, and a positive, collaborative culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys building strong teams and helping a practice continue to grow and thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily hospital operations and team workflow
  • Lead, mentor, and support client service representatives and veterinary support staff
  • Partner with veterinarians to support high-quality patient care and client communication
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational processes
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
  • Monitor hospital performance and support operational and financial goals
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture
  • Ensure excellent client service and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and patients
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Veterinary hospital management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for client service and team development
  • Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with veterinary operations, scheduling, and staff coaching preferred
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
