Castle Hospice a part of Castle Senior Living, Inc; we are looking for a Hospice Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice administration and a passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care. This leadership role requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to foster a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.

With over 25 years of experience in providing care to seniors, Castle Senior Living has been dedicated to providing quality care and loving support to seniors to improve their quality of life though independent living, assisted living, and now with hospice services through end of life. Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management of hospice operations to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth and sustainability of the hospice program.
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing hospice care.
Collaborate with medical directors, clinical staff, and community partners to enhance patient services.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Represent the hospice in community outreach and public relations efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hospice Executive Director, Administrator, or similar leadership role.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.
Strong knowledge of hospice care regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
Compassionate approach to patient care and staff management.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
