A casting director is responsible for finding and selecting actors to fill roles in film, television, theater, or commercials. They collaborate closely with producers, directors, and writers to understand the character requirements and organize auditions to find the best fit for each part. These skills ensure the right talent is selected efficiently to bring creative projects to life and meet production goals.
