What You'll Do
Full-time shop role at Oltre Castings & Design supporting our GFRC production line. Responsibilities include mixing, pouring, demolding, general shop duties, and keeping the job site clean and organized.
Day-to-Day
Mix and batch materials, including fibers and concrete pigment
Operate and clean mixing equipment
Assist with spraying
Clean tools, molds, and work areas after spraying and pouring
Operate forklifts and cranes to move cast and finished products into assigned areas of
the facility
Move products and materials safely
Assist with demolding after casting
Assist with the installation of finished products

Able to follow instructions and recipes precisely.
Hands-on work experience - construction, manufacturing, production shop,
masonry, or similar - strongly preferred. Experienced applicants get priority. This isn't
an entry-level "first job" role. We're growing a skilled shop, and experienced hands
move to the top of the pile.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
