What You'll Do:

In Supply chain there are always moving parts, timelines, and problems to overcome. Here you will have to use innovation and creativity to help drive results. You will be working in a fast-paced plant environment where you will learn interpersonal skills including the ability to prioritize, balance multiple projects simultaneously, and meet goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, Business/Management

  • Must be graduating between August 2027 and June 2029

  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Must be willing to work in a plant environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience

  • Demonstrated leadership in field of study, extracurricular activities or service organizations

  • Experience with commodities (metals, stampings, castings, plastics, resins, paint, electronics, etc.)

  • Exposure to logistics, packaging or manufacturing

  • Knowledge of procurement software and databases

  • Knowledge of materials management

  • Experience with interpreting market data

  • Exposure to reading blueprints and understanding basic engineering documents

  • Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment

  • Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust

Specific physical requirements of the position include the ability to:

  • Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Read standardized work instructions, operate machines and tools, and perform quality inspections.

  • Promptly detect and respond to safety instructions, alarms, and signals. Wear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs, and safety shoes.

  • Work in a loud manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled (conditions can be hot or cold).

  • Frequently and repetitively bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work.

  • Lift or carry materials weighing up to 15 pounds and periodically carry or lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

  • Occasionally sit, climb (including ladders and lifts) and drive vehicles and equipment.

Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to their assigned facility on a full-time basis.
