We have a position open for a Full-Time Cashier Customer Service Rep. (Seasonal) at our Ala Moana Retail store.Duties:Welcome guests with genuine "Aloha"; assist customers to meet their shopping needs, for example by providing information and fielding questions about our productsCreate the most pleasant experience possible by providing exceptional service to all customersUpsell and boost sales by interacting with customersRing up purchases and ensuring the final stage of the store experience is accurate, efficient, informative and engagingInstill a memorable sense of warmth and sincere experience to help inspire return customer visitsPerform basic computer procedures for daily Point-Of-Sale (POS) opening and closing proceduresAssist in merchandising and inventory management, such as stock rotation; arranging products and store displaysAssist with other store-related activities as needed.Qualifications:A positive and personable disposition who enjoys assisting customersAbility to communicate and share information with team and customersAbility to lift up to 20 lbs.Able to bend, lift and stretch, including ability to climb a stockroom ladderHonest, hardworking and caringFrequent standing and walking during the shift duration.Work Hours:Currently Ala Moana Mall hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. daily.
