Job description

If you want a job that keeps you busy and moving, then this is it! This position works within our Cash-Wa Direct store where you will work to assist customers with their orders for primarily food product purchases.

Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Rotating Saturdays: 9am-1pm

Wage: $15/hr

Summary:

Job Duties (generally listed in order of responsibility)

  • Register
    • Quickly and accurately scan items for customer purchase
    • Correctly do voids and returns as needed
    • Process payments to include credit card and cash, and ensuring the correct amounts are entered and change given
    • May assist customers with carrying products to their car
    • Opening and closing POS system/cash drawer
  • Customer Service
    • Help customers find requested items
    • Assist with ideas for purchases that fit their needs
  • Cycle Counting & Shelf Stocking
    • Will do daily cycle counting of products and update results in the system for accurate listing of products
    • Primary person for stocking shelves
  • Other duties as necessary
    • Product Placement: During down times will ensure that products are in the correct location and front facing.
    • Store Cleanliness: During down times may sweep, pick up items, and generally ensure good store presentation

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalency
  • Ability to read orders and correctly pull product
  • Good customer service
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs
