Job description

As a Sales Associate, you'll create the Upscale experience for every guest. From operating the register, upselling, stocking shelves, and keeping the store looking the best, you'll play a big part in delivering the friendly and welcoming experience our guests count on every day.
What You'll do as a Sales Associate:
  • Provide an upscale experience for every customer, by using engaging language like "Welcome to Mega Saver" and "Absolutely"
  • Actively promote Mega Saver's Loyalty Card and App to every customer
  • Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling
  • Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and other accepted tenders
  • Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery) in accordance with state and federal law
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, checkout area, outside lot, trash, and restrooms
  • Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment
  • Team-focused attitude with a willingness to cross train
