General Ophthalmologist - Partnership Track for High Profile Private Practice - Manhattan, NY

Join one of the most highly respected and elite Ophthalmology private practices in the country!

This practice has built a reputation of quality care & luxury excellence over the last 20 years serving Manhattan's Upper East Side community. Our next doctor will have an entrepreneurial intelligent mindset with goals of quality business growth, partnership, and long-term ownership.

This practice is cash pay only and offers a very strong income package.

  • Year 1: Make $650,000-$750,000.
  • Year 2: Make $650,000- $900,000.
  • Year 3: Make up to $1 million dollars with opportunity for partnership
  • Year 4-7: Make up to $1.5 million Dollars. After year 7 opportunity for full ownership

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a high end practice or Ivy League University setting
  • Completed fellowship training
  • Vast experience with anterior segment, refractive, cataract, dry eye.
  • Must have previous experience working with high profile patient communities
  • Must have a positive reputation of wonderful patient care
  • Board Certified
  • Must be business minded and motivated to take over the practice in 7-10 years

Job Details:

  • Join a team of 12 employees including 2 ODs
  • See 35-40 patients a day
  • Work 3-4 days a week
  • No weekends

Scope of practice: Mostly medical with opportunity to do 100-200 cataract surgeries in the first year.
