Servbank is seeking a knowledgeable and relationship-driven Treasury Management Officer to support the growth and delivery of treasury management services across commercial, business banking, and specialty deposit relationships. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing treasury solutions that enhance cash flow, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate fraud risk.


The Treasury Management Officer will partner closely with Relationship Managers, Business Development Officers, Operations, and Technology teams to identify opportunities, onboard clients, implement treasury solutions, and provide ongoing consultative support. The ideal candidate possesses strong treasury management expertise, exceptional client relationship skills, and a proven ability to deliver treasury solutions that drive customer success and deposit growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury Management Sales & Relationship Development

  • Develop and manage relationships with business clients, serving as a trusted advisor on treasury management solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through treasury management products and services.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Business Banking teams to support deposit growth, fee income growth, and client retention initiatives.
  • Conduct treasury management reviews and recommend solutions tailored to clients' operating and cash flow needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, virtual consultations, and business development activities.

Treasury Product Expertise & Client Support

  • Serve as the Treasury Management subject matter expert for clients and internal partners.
  • Promote and support treasury management services including: 

            ACH Origination

            Wire Transfers

            Positive Pay

            Remote Deposit Capture

            Lockbox Services

            Merchant Services

            Digital Banking Solutions

            Fraud Prevention Tools

            Account Analysis

            Cash Management Services


  • Coordinate treasury management onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Assist clients with treasury management system setup, service maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of treasury services.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Maintain working knowledge of treasury management regulations, banking operations, and risk management best practices.
  • Monitor treasury relationships for appropriate service utilization and risk exposure.
  • Support ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, and treasury risk review processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines and ensure adherence to treasury management requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), OFAC, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Follow Servbank policies, procedures, and risk management standards.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Risk Management, and Client Support teams to resolve client service issues.
  • Assist with treasury management reporting, account analysis reviews, and departmental initiatives.
  • Take ownership of client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, implementation records, and treasury-related client files.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products and services.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong sales, consultative, and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Treasury Management Officer experience.
  • Commercial Banking relationship experience.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or pursuit of certification.
  • Experience with ACH, Wire Transfer Operations, Merchant Services, Positive Pay, RDC, and Cash Management platforms.
  • Knowledge of NACHA rules and treasury risk management practices.
