Lead, FP&A - Global Cash at a glance....
Cash has moved to the top of Kraft Heinz's strategic agenda. We're investing in the people, processes, and tools to turn cash flow management into a genuine competitive advantage - and we need a leader to build the global FP&A cash function.
This is not a maintenance seat. You'll define how Kraft Heinz forecasts, analyzes, and steers cash globally - setting the playbook, elevating the team, and delivering the visibility that shapes capital allocation decisions at the highest level. Whoever takes this on will have the rare runway to design a function, not inherit one.
You'll report into Global FP&A leadership. Expect recurring exposure to the CFO and the broader Finance Leadership Team - your analysis reaches the desks that make the calls, and your work is visible to the people whose visibility matters most for your career.
What's on the menu?
  • Build the function from the ground up. Design and execute the strategic roadmap for global cash FP&A - what we measure, how we forecast, where we invest, and how we partner with the regions
  • Lead and grow the team of finance professionals you're proud of, with a clear focus on capability-building and retention
  • Deliver leadership-grade visibility. Build the reports, dashboards, and narratives that give leadership a clear, real-time view of cash performance, drivers, and risks
  • Partner globally. Work hand-in-hand with regional finance, treasury, accounting, and operations leaders to align cash practices and unlock opportunities
  • Improve the engine. Identify and deliver process automation, system enhancements, and analytical tooling that compound in value over time
  • Turn data into decisions. Analyze complex financial data and surface clear, prioritized recommendations to senior leadership

Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!
  • 7+ years in finance, including 2+ years leading teams. Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • A track record of building, not just running. You've stood up or materially reshaped a finance function before. Zero-to-one work energizes you
  • Cash flow and FP&A depth. Strong command of cash flow management, working capital, FP&A, and financial reporting in a global, complex business
  • Senior-stakeholder presence. You can take a complicated cash story and make it land in our company leadership setting
  • Systems fluency. Hands-on experience with SAP, Hyperion, or comparable enterprise finance platforms
  • A builder's leadership style. You attract and retain talent because you give your team real ownership, real coaching, and a reason to stay

Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values.
