A Cash In Hand job is a type of employment where workers are paid directly in cash rather than through bank transfers or payroll systems. These jobs are common in industries like hospitality, construction, and domestic work. While some Cash In Hand jobs are legal if properly declared for tax purposes, others may violate tax and employment laws. Workers should ensure they comply with local regulations to avoid legal issues.
