As the Manager of Program Cost Schedule and Controls, you will drive excellence in financial and schedule management. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the oversight of contract performance, champion validated cost control systems, and ensure projects exceed expectations while maintaining financial integrity.   • Proactively monitor contract performance to maintain optimal cost and schedule baselines.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team of program cost and control professionals.
  • Foster powerful relationships with program managers, finance teams, and customer representatives.

  • Recommend bold, strategic modifications to operating policies that drive efficiency.

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$132,707.00 - $182,471.75
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree in related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD in related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in government contracting requirements and cost control guidelines.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Powerful communication style and inspirational leadership approach.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, CPA, or other prestigious professional certifications.
  • Experience with Earned Value Reporting in IPMR or IMPDAR formats.
  • Successful experience with defense or government contracting.
  • Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Proven success in previous supervisory roles.
