Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Hank's Fine Furniture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our Rogers store location.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their requirements
- Utilize effective sales techniques such as upselling to maximize revenue opportunities
- Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency for seamless transactions
- Maintain a tidy and organized store environment by restocking merchandise and arranging displays

Experience:
