Job description

We are seeking a driven, client-focused Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team. This is a strategic, high-impact role where your actions directly influence case value and client trust. WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will:
  • Educate and Advocate for Clients
    • Serve as the primary advocate and point of contact for clients during their medical treatment
    • Explain how treatment impacts both their health and case outcome, ensuring clients stay engaged and compliant
    • Persuade hesitant clients to complete training by building trust and reinforcing the importance of care
  • Work with Providers to Strengthen Case Value
    • Collaborate with medical providers to understand treatment plans, MRI findings, and future care needs
    • Ensure treatment documentation fully reflects the client’s injuries and supports maximum case value
    • Advocate for clients to receive the necessary care that positions their case for the strongest possible outcome
  • Build High-Value Cases
    • Strategically manage cases to move them from average value to maximum potential
    • Identify and close treatment gaps, ensuring every case is thoroughly documented and supported
    • Prepare strong, complete case files for attorneys and demand writers that set the stage for maximum recovery
  • Collaborate with the Legal Team
    • Provide attorneys with organized, high-value case files ready for demand or litigation
    • Work closely with your team to keep every case moving forward without delay

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a candidate who is:
  • Has 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management
  • Has 3+ consecutive years of experience handling a caseload of 100+
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasive and influence skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment with precision
  • Has a results-driven mindset and commitment to living our ACTED values every day
