American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Outpatient Case Manager for a full-time day position requiring a CO or Compact RN license and 3+ years of case management experience.
Job Details
• Full-time day position with weekend rotation,
• Schedule consists of 3-12 hour shifts totaling 36-40 hours per week,
• No call requirements,
• Coordinate inpatients and outpatients throughout the admission process and access to healthcare,
• Epic EMR experience preferred,
Job Requirements
• Active CO or Compact RN license required,
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program,
• Minimum of 3 years RN Case Management experience required,
• Hospital Case Management experience required,
• Proof of flu vaccine required with no exemptions accepted,
Additional Information
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for this position,
• Local candidates are not eligible for this role,
• Housing may be available for travelers directly through the facility based on availability
