As the Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing) you are the first impression for prospective residents and families and integral part of the process for people when selecting their new home. Your role is to effectively market and convey what makes Cascade Living different from other communities to seniors by building a network of contacts both within healthcare and outside the senior living industry.

ยท Preferred two years of Sales and Marketing experience

ยท Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation

ยท History of hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly occupancy and move-in goals

ยท Strong communication skills

ยท Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families and thrives at facilitating small-group presentations

What you can expect to do as the Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing):

ยท Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.

ยท Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads

ยท Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community

ยท Develop relationships and create professional referrals with various contacts, including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.

ยท Organizes targeted special events monthly

ยท Conducts extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly

ยท Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Position Requirements:

  • First Aid/CPR Certification

$28.00 - $30.00/hour + amazing commission potential!
