Job description

Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for production roles in a fast-paced and complex recruitment environment. This role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment, specifically focusing on high-volume recruitment for machine operators on the production floor.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire recruitment process from candidate attraction to interviewing, focusing on machine operator roles in a production environment.
  • Drive successful inclusion and diversity strategies throughout the recruiting process lifecycle.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and people partners to understand and support business needs related to recruitment and employer branding.
  • Support local and regional recruitment projects as needed.
  • Achieve key performance indicators such as fill ratio and time to fill.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end hourly mass recruitment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, and full cycle recruiting.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet recruitment targets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
