Duties
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Conduct training daily to strengthen yourself.
  • Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance & management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Communicate with customers through CRM Software via calling and texting.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment for customers.
Requirements
