Position Summary

Prestige Golf Cars is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and creative Sales Influencer to help grow our brand by creating engaging social media content that captures attention, builds our online presence, and drives customers into our dealership.

This is more than a traditional sales position. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating compelling content, telling stories through short-form video, and being the face of our brand online. You'll use social media, video content, and your personality to increase brand awareness, grow audience engagement, promote our products, and generate showroom traffic while assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality photo and video content showcasing new inventory, customer deliveries, accessories, promotions, dealership culture, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that capitalize on current trends, increase engagement, grow followers, generate leads, and drive showroom traffic.
• Serve as an authentic on-camera personality representing the Prestige Golf Cars brand in videos, livestreams, promotions, and community events.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, giveaways, product launches, and special events.
• Monitor audience engagement and interact professionally with followers through comments, messages, and other social media outreach.
• Welcome customers with a friendly, energetic, and professional attitude while providing an outstanding buying experience.
• Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs, demonstrating product features, and recommending the best golf cart and accessory options.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the dealership's CRM or sales system.
• Coordinate with the Service and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience before and after the sale.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing while ensuring inventory is presentation-ready.
• Continue developing knowledge of social media trends, content creation techniques, products, and sales strategies to better promote the Prestige Golf Cars brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for connecting with people both online and in person.
• Demonstrated experience creating engaging content for social media, whether professionally or personally.
• Strong understanding of short-form video content, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the Prestige Golf Cars brand.
• Experience filming, editing, and publishing content using mobile devices and video editing software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to consistently produce content that attracts attention and promotes the business.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills with the ability to support sales efforts.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing, influencer marketing, retail sales, or automotive, powersports, RV, marine, golf cart, or similar industries preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds when assisting with merchandise or showroom displays.
• Ability to safely operate golf carts for demonstrations, content creation, and customer deliveries.
• Occasional travel may be required for training, community events, content creation, or promotional activities.
