We are a 19-year established automotive dealership in Moody, Al seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our reconditioning team.  We operate with a family run mindset and value teamwork, accountability, and pride in our work.
Job Summary
This role focuses on evaluating, planning, and completing all mechanical work necessary to bring recently acquired vehicles up to our retail standards.  The goal is to ensure every vehicle is properly inspected, repaired, and ready for the sales lot in a timely manner.
 Responsibilities:
* Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet dealership standards
* Perform road tests and complete under-hood and undercar inspections
* Utilize diagnostic equipment, including OBD scanners and electrical testing tools
* Identify mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently
* Maintain quality and consistency while meeting standard flag times
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-turn mechanical environment and
takes pride in detailed, thorough work.
- The ideal candidate will have:
-  Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
-  Ability to disassemble and reassemble components correctly and efficiently
-  Experience ranging from routine maintenance (brakes, oil changes) to major repairs
   (Engine and transmission replacement)
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-  A team-oriented attitude with willingness to teach and learn
- ASE Certified is a plus
