About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, ensure best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem, and provide technical leadership to development teams.
Role Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, aligning with business and technical requirements.

  • Define and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture, including data models, integrations, security, and performance.

  • Lead the architecture for Salesforce clouds such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud where applicable.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical designs.

  • Establish development standards, governance processes, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.

  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

  • Review and guide development efforts including Apex, Lightning components, and automation tools.

  • Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.

  • Participate in solution design reviews and recommend improvements to existing implementations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform development and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

  • Experience designing enterprise-level integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform capabilities.

  • Proven experience leading architecture decisions and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with multi-org or large-scale Salesforce environments.

  • Salesforce certifications a plus.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • SFDC Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

  • SFDC AI capabilities using Agentforce.

  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce;

  • Salesforce data modeling and security architecture;

  • REST/SOAP APIs and integrations;

  • CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
