Summary
Our Outside Sales Representative will drive sales (new accounts) in an assigned area by visiting prospective customers to introduce new products and packages, drive sales in a fast-paced results-driven environment. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans, both volume and profit, within assigned sales territory.
  2. Responsible for securing and maintaining the distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements.
  3. Has direct one-to-one communication with customers, both present and prospective.
  4. Field promotion work and developing new accounts.
  5. Demonstrates products and provides assistance in the best application of products.
  6. Contacts prospects and explains features and merits of products offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
  7. Analyzes records of present and past sales, trends, and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
  8. Interprets accounts, trends, and records to management.
  9. Responsible for closing the sales transaction.
  10. Service accounts and manages relationship
  11. Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
  12. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  13. Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
