Job description

Waste and Floor Technician

LACOSTA is looking for a Waste and Floor Technician to join our team in Beavercreek, OH!

We are seeking a reliable Waste and Floor Technician to help maintain clean and safe environments. This role involves collecting trash, disposing of waste properly, and performing general cleaning duties in designated areas.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

  • $15.00Hr

Responsibilities

  • Clean manufacturing floors, offices, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Remove trash/recycling and pick up litter.
  • Sweep, vacuum, clean windows, and restock supplies.
  • Strip, wax, buff, polish, and maintain hard floors.
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and spot clean carpets.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely.
  • Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns.

Requirements:

  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
  • Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long pants while working
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
