Job description

Pfeffer Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking carpenters to join our growing team. We build quality custom homes and commercial buildings, with a primary focus on new construction framing. We take pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering exceptional work for our clients.


We are looking for experienced carpenters who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality work.


Responsibilities:


Perform framing and general carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects.

Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects on schedule.

Travel to job sites as needed (most projects are local).


Qualifications:


Previous carpentry or framing experience is required.

Experience with new construction is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
