We’re hiring skilled Journeyman Carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship and show up ready to build something great every day. If you’re dependable, experienced, and looking for steady opportunities with respected clients across the Puget Sound region, we want to hear from you.

Whether you prefer residential projects, commercial work, or a mix of both, we have opportunities ready for you — with the flexibility to work as much or as little as you choose.

What You’ll Be Doing

From framing and finish work to custom installations and repairs, you’ll put your skills to work designing, building, installing, and repairing:

  • Residential and commercial structures

  • Fixtures and finish details

  • Custom woodwork and furniture

  • Steel and wood framing components

  • Remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction
