About Us
We build custom Sprinter conversions, turning empty cargo vans into fully functional homes on wheels. From insulation and framing to electrical, cabinetry, and finish work, our team takes each build from bare metal to road-ready. We're growing and looking for reliable, hands-on helpers to support our lead builders.


What You'll Do

  • Assist lead installers and technicians throughout the conversion process
  • Help with insulation, subfloor, and wall/ceiling paneling
  • Support framing, cabinet installation, and trim work
  • Cut, sand, drill, and prep materials (wood, metal, composite panels)
  • Run and secure wiring, tubing, and hardware under direction
  • Keep the shop and work vans clean, organized, and safe
  • Load, unload, and move materials and tools
  • Learn on the job and take direction well
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, on time, and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools (or eager to learn)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Good communication and a team-first attitude
