About the Role:

As a Shop Worker/Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial cabinet shop. Your primary focus will be on cabinet manufacturing/machine operations, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, and supporting daily operational tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a quality product that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Read and understand cut lists and prints.
  • General use of carpentry tools.
  • Problem solving.
  • Organizational skills
  • Team player.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting (50 lbs) and stocking.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Millwork shop experience
  • Machine operation: CNC, beam saw, edgebander, table saw, routers, sanders, forklift, etc
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
