Description for Lead Carpenter:


  • Construct, fit, and install premium custom decks, patio covers, fencing, siding, and window systems.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily workflow of a dedicated carpentry assistant on-site.
  • Serve as the professional face of the company, consulting with clients and owners confidently.
  • Drive company fleet trucks safely to transport crew, tools, and raw materials to job locations.
  • Read blueprints, take precise field measurements, and calculate accurate lumber material yields.
  • Maintain high situational awareness and strictly enforce standard construction safety rules.

  • Pay Range:$28.00 – $36.00 / hour (DOE).

Requirements for Lead Carpenter:


  • Minimum of 4+ years of verifiable experience in professional carpentry or a relevant structural trade field.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record to operate company vehicles.
  • Presentable, polished communication style with the ability to represent the company in front of clients.
