What You'll Do
  • Perform carpentry work on residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations
  • Assist with framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other remodeling work
  • Read and work from construction plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Work alongside experienced carpenters and project managers to keep projects moving
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
  • Identify jobsite challenges and work with the team to find practical solutions
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and coworkers
  • Continue developing your carpentry and remodeling skills through hands-on experience and training
