Job description

Salary: 17-24

Our ideal candidate will install specialties materials/equipment according to assigned scopes and job specifications, will follow blueprints and drawings and will use hand/power tools and equipment for effective installation.


Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Read construction documents and build a specific task with those provided documents
  • Install interior finish items, including but not limited to: Wall protection, Doors & Hardware, Toilet Accessories, Cubicle Curtain Track and other owner provided materials
  • Follow established job site safety and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Plan and execute work to provide the highest efficiency possible
  • Communicate with the rest of the construction team


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong math skills
  • Carpentry experience, including the ability to read a tape measure and measure accurately
  • Have a working knowledge of different types of carpentry tools and how to use them safely. e.g. Saws (Band, circular, jig, reciprocating, chop, compound miter, etc.), Drills (Electric, Cordless, Hammer, etc.), and cutting torches
  • Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail (everything we do is by code)
  • Self-motivated and can accomplish set goals in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills for complex issues along with being flexible and adaptive to change
  • The ability to lift 50 LBs or over
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 weeks at a time
  • Ability to pass drug screen(s)
  • Valid US drivers license


Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in commercial construction
  • High School diploma or GED Certificate
