· Assist with staging, deliveries, and protection of existing building components.

· Follow site-specific safety and infection control protocols rigorously.

· Work alongside foremen, superintendents, and trades to ensure timely and high-quality execution of project goals.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years (a plus) of commercial construction or skilled trade experience, preferably with work in healthcare or laboratory environments.

· Strong working knowledge of general construction practices, tools, and materials.

· Experience working under infection control conditions or within occupied clinical spaces is highly valued.

· Ability to read and understand construction drawings is a plus.

· Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take direction in high-expectation settings.

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Southern or Central Maine.

· OSHA 10/30 is a plus.
