  • Safely operating power tools under supervision

  • Communicating professionally with customers when needed

  • Growing your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment

  • 1-2+ years of construction experience (general construction, carpentry, framing, windows, roofing, etc. - sunroom experience not required)

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude

  • Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test

What You'll Get
  • Pay: $18-$23 per hour based on experience

  • Bonuses: Annual, anniversary, and performance-based

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (individual and family plans)

  • Company-provided tools, equipment, and transportation

  • Paid holidays and vacation

  • Stable, year-round work with opportunities for advancement

Why Work at DC Enclosures?

We don't just build sunrooms - we build careers. Many of our lead installers started as apprentices, and we love promoting from within. You'll join a close-knit, supportive crew that values quality craftsmanship and helps each other succeed.
