About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports daily hotel maintenance and repair needs to keep the property safe, clean, and fully operational.

Essential Functions

  • Respond to maintenance requests in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on rooms, equipment, and building systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify needed repairs.

  • Assist with room turns and out-of-order room recoveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shops, storage, and work areas.

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies.

  • Assist with vendor access and support contracted work as needed.

  • Maintain work order documentation and logs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
