Job description

Duties/Responsibilities: Rough carpenter to remove and install vinyl siding, assist with window/door installation, install snap-in flooring, painting and demolition.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements: Must have physical strength and stamina necessary use arms and legs and moving the entire body to bend, twist, reach, climb, balance, stoop, carry up to 70 pounds, walk and stand.

Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow verbal and written directions, ability to use hand tools and handle materials responsibly. You must feel comfortable on a construction site and working around construction equipment or machinery and have working knowledge of hand and power tools, work safely and follow instructions.

Tools Needed: Hammer, tape measure, pencil, utility knife, and tool pouch/apron.
