Lead Carpenter / Skilled Tradesperson — Frame to Finish
Renovate R.I. Construction LLC — Cranston, RI (jobs across RI)

We're a growing residential GC doing additions, full renovations, roofing, siding, and finish work. We're looking for one person who can do it all and does it right.

What you'll be doing:
Framing (walls, roofs, additions), siding and exterior trim, windows and doors, interior finish work (trim, doors, casing, base), and general renovation carpentry. You'll work directly with the owner on jobs from start to finish — not just one piece of it.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in residential construction
  • True frame-to-finish skill set — you can stand a wall Monday and hang casing Friday
  • Takes pride in the work. Clean lines, tight joints, jobsite left better than you found it
  • Reliable transportation and your own hand tools
  • Shows up on time, every time
  • Can read plans and work off measurements without being babysat
  • Comfortable talking to homeowners professionally
