Job description

Residential Remodeling Carpenter / Flooring Installer / Punch-Out Worker

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay based on experience and skill level

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled construction worker to join our residential remodeling team. We are looking for someone who has experience in carpentry, flooring installation, punch-out work, or multiple construction trades.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform residential remodeling and repair work
  • General carpentry, trim, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and finish work
  • Install flooring such as LVP, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood
  • Complete punch-list and final repair items
  • Perform drywall, painting, caulking, and other finish touch-ups
  • Make minor repairs and adjustments
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Work professionally in customers' homes
  • Follow instructions and complete projects on schedule
  • Identify problems and communicate needed materials or additional work

Qualifications

  • Construction, remodeling, carpentry, flooring, or handyman experience preferred
  • Experience in multiple trades is a plus
  • Ability to use common hand and power tools
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your work
