Overview
Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join Carle McLean County Orthopedics in Bloomington, Illinois.
Opportunity Details

  • Candidates with fellowship training are welcome to apply
  • Must be comfortable taking General Ortho call
  • Join an established practice with 5 BC Orthopedic surgeons, 2 BC Pain Management Physicians, 1 Sports Medicine physician, 2 Surgical DPMs, 10 Advanced Practice Providers, 10 Physical Therapists, 3 Occupational Therapists, and a licensed Sports Psychologist
  • Each surgeon has a dedicated RN within the clinic
  • Clinic/Surgery split: 2 days clinic, 2 days surgery, and .5 day at one of our outreach clinic/surgery locations
  • Rotating call schedule; no trauma call
  • High community referral base with opportunity to easily develop a patient panel; Carle McLean County Orthopedics has been providing comprehensive Orthopedic care to patients across Central Illinois since 1977
  • Our state-of-the-art facility includes onsite imaging (MRI, digital X-ray, weight-bearing CT, lower extremity X-ray, DEXA, ultrasound with Doppler, Fluoroscopy), a walk-in sports injury clinic, and a bone health clinic in addition to surgical, pain management, and therapy services available onsite

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $700,000 - $725,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
