Job Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Closing Shift Leader to lead evening operations and close the restaurant efficiently and accurately. This role is key to keeping the store running strong through dinner rush and setting up the team for success the next day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the team during evening and closing shifts.

  • Ensure fast, friendly customer service and high-quality food.

  • Assign positions and manage workflow during peak hours.

  • Handle cash drawers, closing paperwork, and deposits.

  • Oversee cleaning, restocking, and end-of-day prep.

  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are met.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally.

  • Secure the restaurant at close and communicate updates to management.


Starting wage is based on experience and availability.
