AI Business Systems Analyst
The AI Business Systems Analyst drives and executes the complete lifecycle of AI initiatives while serving as a key integration contributor connecting AI capabilities to core enterprise technology platforms. This role bridges AI strategy with operational execution, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable business value and are seamlessly embedded within existing systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive the full AI initiative lifecycle from intake and feasibility through integration, deployment, and post-launch optimization ensuring measurable business value and enterprise alignment
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business stakeholders, IT, and developers coordinating UAT, defect tracking, and user readiness throughout the SDLC
  • Identify, assess, and document RPA automation opportunities where AI is not the appropriate solution and coordinate implementation utilizing platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
  • Translate business and SME input into structured AI workflow documentation, data flow architecture, and requirements specifications aligned to Salesforce
  • Contribute to KPI dashboards and performance reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL supporting AI-assisted analytics including predictive insights and anomaly detection
  • Execute pre and post deployment testing to validate operational viability, data integrity, user readiness, and compliance while tracking AI capabilities for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain scalable AI workflow documentation, integration standards, and technical specifications to support team knowledge continuity
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable business language while facilitating stakeholder engagement across multiple parallel AI initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as an AI-focused Business Analyst with direct, demonstrable involvement in AI initiatives, RPA automation, and enterprise digital transformation with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language. Candidates without AI project experience will not be considered.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent) and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and cross-platform enterprise integration
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL with the ability to develop KPI dashboards and translate data into actionable business insights
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams while supporting SDLC deliverables in program like: Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence related fields: AI Business Strategy, Data Science, or Machine Learning. Or Business Administration, Information System and AI experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • AI or data analytics certification or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to evaluate when AI is and is not the appropriate solution
  • RPA certification in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent with hands-on implementation experience and ability to recommend RPA or workflow automation when AI is not the right fit
  • Experience with complementary automation solutions including business rules engines, workflow automation, and process modeling tools such as BPMN 2.0, UML, or Lean mapping
  • Exposure to cloud-based AI and automation platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI supporting scalable enterprise solutions
  • Prior experience in customer experience, contact center, or enterprise technology environments supporting AI and automation solution design from the business side
  • Familiarity with data governance, data lineage practices, and compliance considerations within complex AI and automation environments
