Title:
C-UAS Equipment Fielding Specialist Program Summary KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. Job Summary: Will assist the Integrated Fires Rapid Capabilities Office (IFRCO) Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Logistics Division with identifying, assessing, and providing recommended resolutions for all fielding issues pertaining to the total fielding process for new/displaced Army subsystems and associated support equipment. Roles and Responsibilities: * Assist with studies, to include logistical support activities such as funding, transportation, procurement, production, supply management, maintenance training, facilities operations, and maintenance management.
* Resolve problems reported during fielding processes and measure impact on readiness for future fieldings.
* Evaluate logistics aspects of equipment fieldings, to determine effectiveness of all levels of maintenance and stockage requirements for all C-sUAS products. Will be responsible for requisitioning equipment as directed, assessing the impact of repair/spare parts supply support on the materiel fielding process and presenting recommendations to improve the fielding efficiency and repair/spare parts requisitioning to the IFRCO C-sUAS Logistics team.
* Assist in the development of Materiel Fielding/Transfer Plans. Will assist senior C-sUAS Logistics leadership, system managers, and the gaining command to draft various supply documents and will develop, coordinate, and make appropriate distribution of lists of equipment comprising a complete system, including major items managed by other commands, defense contractors, and technical services.
* Participate in planning and programming leading up to equipment deployment and initial worldwide support for various C-sUAS products, including ancillary equipment and supporting repair parts.
* Coordinate initiation of supply action, to provide all authorized repair parts in accordance with the deployment and fielding schedule, and follow through until supply action is complete. Distribute equipment and repair parts to all concerned command and agencies as required. Establish contacts with appropriate installations, depots, and supply agencies, and coordinate preparation of requisitions and supply directives as appropriate. Maintain cognizance of supply actions of all commands and agencies, and coordinate and expedite as necessary to assure meeting required delivery dates.
* Participate in conferences, meetings, IPTs, and study groups in relation to field support, deployment of new or transferred materiel, and logistics problems. Basic Qualifications: Current Secret Security Clearance required 25% CONUS and OCONUS Travel required Years of Experience Required: High school diploma and 14-16 years relative experience or BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience required. Type of Experience Required: Must have prior experience in all aspects of government property management, which consists of, but is not limited to, procurement, maintenance, inventory, disposal, storage, transfer, site audits, custodial inventories, survey reports, and administration of property. Must have proven experience utilizing the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS); a certificate may be requested. Must have familiarity and proven experience with creating, updating, and issuing all supply documents (DA3161, DA2062, and DD1149). Must have the ability to analyze independently and resolve difficult/unusual issues and problems in the assigned area of responsibility. Type of Experience Preferred: Prior experience in all aspects of government property management, which consists of, but is not limited to, procurement, maintenance, inventory, disposal, storage, transfer, site audits, custodial inventories, survey reports, and administration of property. Proven experience utilizing the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS); a certificate may be requested. Familiarity and experience with creating, updating, and issuing all supply documents (DA3161, DA2062, and DD1149). Must have the ability to analyze independently and resolve difficult/unusual issues and problems in the assigned area of responsibility. Familiarity with loading and unloading equipment onto vehicles and pallets and assisting with loading cargo onto and off military aircraft. Knowledge of a broad range of logistics relationships or significant expertise in the many fields of logistics operations. Extensive experience with daily inventory management, shipping and receiving fundamentals. Candidate should also have experience with implementing IUID and RFID technology.
