Job description

We are looking for a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Carson City, NV
Property Caretaker unit available rent free! $19 - $20 per hour

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
  • Do all duties related to unit turnovers
  • Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
  • Implement required unit and building inspections
  • Perform routine errands
  • Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work

Property Caretaker / Maintenance qualifications:
  • One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
  • Work independently
  • Effective communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
  • Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
