Job Summary
Dental Lyfe Studio – Your Dental Home is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing multi-specialty practice in Norco, CA.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. You will play a key role in developing and strengthening our hygiene department, including perio program growth, patient retention, and clinical consistency.
This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone who is clinically strong, efficient, and team-oriented. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship and support provided.

Responsibilities
• Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive clinical experience
• Review medical history and perform comprehensive oral health assessments
• Perform periodontal charting and diagnose/report periodontal conditions
• Provide comprehensive hygiene care including SRP, perio maintenance, debridement, and prophy
• Remove plaque, calculus, and apply fluoride or other preventive treatments
• Take digital radiographs (BWX, FMX, CBCT/pano as needed)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment needs
 • Assist doctors during exams, help communicate treatment recommendations, and help support case acceptance through patient education (not sales-driven, education-driven)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in CareStack PMS
• Follow infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols
Clinical Expectations
• Maintain a schedule of approximately 10-15 patients per day, depending on procedure type
• Identify and co-diagnose perio cases (SRP, maintenance) consistently
• Support growth of the hygiene/perio department and patient retention systems
• Utilize or be willing to learn laser-assisted periodontal therapy (training provided if needed)
• Assist in identifying restorative needs and communicating findings to the doctor
• Maintain strong time management and schedule efficiency
• Support development and growth of the hygiene department, including patient retention and perio program
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
 • Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
 • CPR/BLS certification required
 • Associate’s Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program (Bachelor’s preferred)
 • New graduates welcome; mentorship provided
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with CareStack, Denticon, or similar PMS preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
