Job description

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive pay:
  • $21.00-$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 17.50 for each billable client hour worked
  • 15.50/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
  • Fully paid training - no experience required
  • Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Daily mentorship and hands-on support

Position Details

  • Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
  • Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
  • Hours are not guaranteed

  • Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

RBT Career Path Program
  • A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
  • Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level
    RBT Level 1 - $21.00
    RBT Level 2 - $21.50
    RBT Level 3 - $22.00
    RBT Level 4 - $22.50
    Lead RBT - $23.00
    Our RBT Career Path is designed to provide ongoing opportunities for professional growth, development, and increased compensation.
    As RBTs progress through each level, they have the opportunity to receive pay increases based on tenure, performance, skill development, and advancement within the career path.
    Every 90 days, RBTs may have the opportunity to advance to the next level by meeting the required qualifications, demonstrating the appropriate skills, and consistently meeting performance expectations.
    Our RBT career path will also count toward free PDU's which are required for your RBT certification

What You'll Do
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
  • Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
  • Collect and record data to track client progress
  • Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
  • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
  • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

What We're Looking For
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
