Medical Director - Geriatric Medicine Physician
Fayetteville, North Carolina
$250K-$290K | Monday-Friday | PACE Program
365 Healthcare is seeking a Medical Director - Geriatric Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fayetteville, NC.
Lead a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) delivering comprehensive, community-based care focused on keeping seniors independent and out of nursing homes.
Position Highlights
- $250,000 - $290,000 base salary
- Monday-Friday schedule (daytime hours)
- Leadership + clinical role
- Shared on-call rotation
- Full-time permanent position
Practice Overview
- Established PACE program serving 55+ population
- Interdisciplinary team model (MDs, APPs, nurses, social workers)
- 200+ participants with program growth
- Care provided across clinic, home, and community settings
- Strong administrative and clinical support
Responsibilities
- Provide medical direction and clinical oversight
- Supervise physicians and advanced practice providers
- Lead quality initiatives (QAPI)
- Manage complex geriatric patients
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
- Support program development and growth
Requirements
- Board Certified - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Geriatric experience required
- Geriatrics certification preferred
- Active NC license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA & CDS required
- Leadership experience required
